we look forward to welcoming you to our seven-room, four star pension, which opened in 2024, and is located in Verőce, in the heart of the Danube Bend.

Our pension is located directly on the banks of the Danube, the Eurovelo 6 international bicycle route passes in front of our entrance.

Four of our seven rooms overlook the Danube and Visegrád Castle, and our common garden also offers a wonderful view of the Danube Bend.

We offer our pretentiously furnished rooms with breakfast and other services detailed in the "guest information".

GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE PENSION

Our pension built in 2024 has four levels and seven guest rooms.There are parking spaces on the basement level, and sports equipment is also stored here.Guests arriving with bicycles can also park their bicycles here.From the basement level, you can go up to the reception and the rooms with an internal staircase.The need for parking in the garage can be indicated at the time of booking.In addition to the garage, our guests can park for free in the parking lot in front of the pension. On the ground floor there are two guest rooms, the dining room and the reception.Our guest room opposite the reception is barrier-free.This room also includes our barrier-free parking, right next to the main entrance.Our other room on the ground floor overlooks the Danube, opens from the corridor and has a terrace shared with the dining room.The dining room seats 16.It has both indoor and outdoor areas.It can also be used outside of the breakfast period.The ground floor opens to the backyard, which can be used by all guests, with a large terrace and a small children's playground for comfort. There are four rooms on the first floor, two facing the Danube and Visegrád Castle, two facing Börzsöny.The two rooms facing the Danube have a spacious shared terrace. One of the two rooms facing the mountain has also a terrace. Our seventh room is located in the attic, with a large bathroom and a huge terrace. All our rooms have a bathroom, and breakfast is included with every guest night.The pension is cooled and heated with a ground probe heat pump, the heating comes from the floor and the cooling comes from the ceiling. We have contracts and cooperation with several local and neighboring service providers, so you should feel free to contact our reception with requests beyond the services detailed in the guest information.We work with all our efforts for the comfort and relaxation of our guests.

Furniture and equipment found in our rooms:

 - single (0.90m x 1.90m) or double bed (1.80m x 1.90m), with new mattress;- spacious wardrobe, with multi-functional coat rack, clothes hanger;- a table with adequate lighting;- bedside table, reading lamp;- room lighting that can be controlled from the bed;- free connectors;- dressing mirror;- suitcase rack;- paper basket; - safe;- radio;- TV with remote control.

Furniture and equipment found in our bathrooms:

- sink, shower, toilet;- window and/or extraction system;- bath mat;- mirror;- connector;- cosmetic shaving mirror;- hanger, heated towel rail;- toothbrush cup;- liquid soap and shampoo, - cosmetic products;- paper cosmetic tissue;- spare toilet paper;- bath towel, bathrobe and slippers per person;- hair dryer;- trash.

SERVICES, HOUSE RULES OF THE PENSION

RECEPTION

The reception is open 0-24 hours.Our colleagues are available personally from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m., and by phone around the clock (+36204348032).

time of arrival

You can check in and book your room starting at 2:00 p.m.

time of departure

Please leave the room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.If you want to stay longer, please contact the reception.

payment

You can pay in our pension with cash, bank card, credit card or SZÉP card.

room key and card

Each room comes with two keys and a card.The keys open the main entrance of the pension and the rented room, while the card - placed in the slot next to the room door - ensures the room's electricity supply.Leaving the keys or the card will incur an additional fee of HUF 3,000/pc.

We provide a buffet breakfast in the dining room on the ground floor.

The rooms of our guesthouse are equipped with a minibar, the prices of the drinks are listed on the minibar.

VALUE PRESERVATION

The pension assumes no responsibility for valuables or cash left in the rooms.The safe in the room closet can be used free, the operating instructions can be found on the safe.

luggage storage

It is possible to store luggage before check-in or after leaving the accommodation.Ask our reception for help.

We inform our guests about the items left in the rooms by phone on the day of departure and, if requested, we keep the items until they are picked up - but for a maximum of one month.

Our pension is equipped with soundproof windows, and our rooms are equipped with soundproof doors.

air conditioning

Our rooms have individually controllable cooling devices that work independently of the magnetic card.Cooling is not done by air conditioning, but by circulating cold water in the ceiling.The temperature can be set by the guest on a digital thermostat.

All our rooms are equipped with a radio and LG smart led TV.

Free wireless internet connection (WiFi) is available throughout the pension.

We provide telephone use at our reception upon request.

OTHERS

accessibility

Our pension has a barrier-free parking lot and a barrier-free room. The ramp leading to the entrance can be used with stair climber for our guests in wheelchairs. Our barrier-free room is located on the ground floor, right next to the entrance.

shoe cleaning

Shoe spoons are available in the rooms, and a shoe cleaning kit is available at the reception.

smoking

The entire area of ​​our pension is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

We provide umbrellas on request at the reception.

photocopying, printing

Photocopying and/or printing is available at the boarding house's reception, HUF 50 per page.

It can be requested through the reception.

hair dryer

All our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

pet

Our pension accepts pets up to 10 kg, for an extra charge of HUF 7,000/night.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and SZÉP cards.

maintenance

Our pension solves any maintenance problem 24 hours a day. If you notice any errors, please notify the reception, do not try to troubleshoot!

damage

In case of intentional or careless damage, we charge an extra fee.

cosmetic products

Shower cap, ear cleaning stick, cotton pad, body lotion, shaving kit can be ordered through the reception.

visitors

In order to ensure the peace of our guests and the comfortable use of the common rooms, our pension does not allow visitors.

technical services

If you notice a technical fault in your room, please notify the reception. If you need help with computer technology, call our hotel reception, our colleagues will help you with everything.

medical care / pharmacy

To contact the pharmacy and doctor on duty, ask the reception for help.

parking

We can provide parking spaces for our guests by prior arrangement, either in the garage located on the basement level of the pension for a fee, or in the parking lot opposite the pension free of charge.

cleaning products

The rooms are equipped with a mini shower, body lotion, soap and shampoo. Ear cleaners and cotton pads available at reception are free of charge, and shaving and dental care kits are available for an additional fee.

fire alarm

The guesthouse has a smoke and fire alarm system. Dry powder fire extinguishers were placed on each floor. In the event of a fire, our guests are warned by a siren. In such cases, please follow the escape route posted on the inside of the room door to find the nearest emergency exit and leave the pension as soon as possible!

A sewing kit is available in every room.

CLEANING, WASHING, TEXTILES EXCHANGE

cleaning

Daily cleaning is carried out between 10:00 and 14:00. If you do not need cleaning, please use the card for this purpose, which can be hung on the doorknob!

If you need extra cleaning, please call the reception.

change of towels and bed linen

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. If you request a daily change, please let the reception know.

washing

Laundry service is available upon request. Ask the reception colleagues for more information.

ironing

We can provide an iron and ironing board upon request. Please indicate your request at the reception.

SPORT, ACTIVITY

bicycle rental

Four "trekking" bicycles are available for rent in our pension. Please contact reception.

canoe rental

Canoe rental by prior arrangement, with pricing depending on the number of people and duration. Our reception can provide information.

regional information materials

Information materials and program recommendations about the region surrounding our pension are available at the reception, and our receptionist is also happy to help with the organization.
